Liliana de Vries

I’m Liliana de Vries, a teacher, actor and director. Born in Costa Rica and raised in Mexico and the Netherlands, I graduated from the Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2012. My acting work includes Het Huis Anubis, Mannenharten, the Bon Bini films and De Ring.

Alongside acting, I have been teaching yoga since 2016, expanding my practice into Pilates, barre, sculpt and reformer. My work as a teacher brings together movement, breathwork and body awareness.

I’m also developing my directing practice with DE AUDITIE, with pre-production planned for 2027.
